Once your order is placed, processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, but expedited options are available for faster delivery.

Creating an account with Home Accent Furnishings is easy! Simply visit our website and click on the “Sign Up” or “Create Account” button at the top of the page. You’ll be prompted to enter your name, email address, and create a password. Once your account is set up, you can track your orders, save shipping addresses, and enjoy faster checkout on future purchases.

To change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team at contact@homeaccentfurnishings.net as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will make the necessary changes. If it’s already been dispatched, we may not be able to update the address, but we’ll do our best to assist.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account on our website to view the status of your order and check tracking updates.

We take your privacy and security seriously. Home Accent Furnishings does not store your credit card information on our servers. All payment transactions are processed securely by third-party payment providers, ensuring your details are kept safe and confidential.

We currently ship to the United States and several international destinations. To check if we ship to your country, simply enter your shipping address at checkout, and the available shipping options will be displayed. In most cases, we try to ship your items together in one package to save on shipping costs. However, depending on the size, weight, or availability of your items, they may be shipped separately. If your order is split into multiple packages, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, may not be eligible for return. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused! If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@homeaccentfurnishings.net. Provide your order number and details of the incorrect item received, and we will arrange a return and exchange for the correct product.

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@homeaccentfurnishings.net with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on your preference and the extent of the damage.

Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please ensure the item is properly packed in its original packaging to avoid any damage during shipping.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an item has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes, but you can follow our return process once you receive it.
